Terms of Use

By signing up for Jinova or replying to one of our messages, you agree to the short rules below. The whole document fits on one page — we promise.

1. Membership

Membership is free and open to anyone who has a working email address. We may suspend a member if they use the service to send spam, abuse, or unlawful content to other members or to our team.

2. What we send

We send occasional updates, short guides, and replies to questions you've asked. We try to keep volume low — most members get less than four messages per month. If we ever want to send something different (for example, an announcement from a partner), we will ask first.

3. Replies

When you reply to one of our messages, a real human reads the reply. We keep the conversation for as long as it's active and delete the thread once it's closed. We don't share replies with anyone outside our team.

4. Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe at any time, for any reason or none, by replying with the word UNSUBSCRIBE or by emailing unsubscribe@jinovaads.com. We process unsubscribes within 24 hours, usually within minutes.

5. No warranty

We work hard to make sure our messages reach you on time and that our pages stay up, but the service is provided as-is. We don't promise that every message will be delivered or that the site will be available 100% of the time.

6. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we'll send you a short email before the change takes effect, so you can decide whether to keep your membership.
