Privacy Notice
This notice explains what information Jinova collects when you receive an email from us or visit one of our pages, and how we use it. We try to keep things short — if anything here is unclear, write to privacy@jinovaads.com and a real person will answer.
What we collect
- Your email address, which you gave us when you signed up or when a member you know added you.
- Your first name (optional). We only use it to address you in messages.
- Basic delivery information: whether a message was delivered, opened, or bounced. This is the same information any mail provider gives the sender.
- If you reply, the content of your reply — kept for as long as the conversation is active.
What we don't collect
- We don't run cross-site trackers, fingerprinting scripts, or third-party advertising pixels.
- We don't sell your address or share it with anyone outside our small team.
- We don't use your replies to train automated systems.
How long we keep it
We keep your address while you are an active member. If you unsubscribe, we remove your address from every list within 24 hours and keep a one-line record of the unsubscribe (your address and the date) for two years, so we don't accidentally email you again.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to one of our messages with the word UNSUBSCRIBE, or by emailing unsubscribe@jinovaads.com. You can also ask us to send you a copy of everything we hold about you, or to delete it entirely, by writing to privacy@jinovaads.com.
Where we are
Jinova is operated by a small team based in the United States. Our mail is delivered through Google Workspace, which is GDPR and CCPA compliant. We don't transfer data to anyone else.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice in a way that affects you, we'll send you a short email letting you know before the change takes effect.
