Our hours

We answer messages Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm US Eastern. We're closed on US public holidays and we try not to send work emails on weekends — so if you write to us late on Friday, expect a reply by Tuesday morning at the latest.

Reporting abuse

If you received a message that looks like it was sent in our name but you don't recognize the content, please forward the whole thing (with full headers, if possible) to abuse@jinovaads.com. We take impersonation seriously and we always investigate.
